Eligibility of Items for Return
Customers have the right to return any purchased product without defining a reason within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving those products. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and original package condition are preserved. Shipping charges are not refundable in this case, and for free shipping orders the shipping costs will be evaluated and deducted from order value.
To return the Items in 14 days period, please follow the below simple steps:
1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Login to your Pronest account and go to [My Account] then open [Orders] and then open the order you need to return.
3Click on [REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND] button and select products you need to return.
4We will review the refund request shorlty and will send you confirmation email. Afterwards a pickup of your return order will be arranged.

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:
Customers are entitled to notify Pronest of any discovered defects and demand either to replace them or to request return and full refund within 30 calendar days from the moment of the receiving the products. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.
